Contact the Vitalink HealthData team
Do you have an integration project, a question about endpoints, or need a quote? Write to us describing your use case. The more precise your description, the more useful our response will be.
A technical demonstration starts from your case, not a script
The demonstration is conducted with a member of our integration team. We start from your situation: types of devices used by patients, target system on the hospital side, internal compliance constraints, and deployment schedule. You will see how the endpoints connect, from the initial authentication to writing the result into the electronic patient record.
If possible, prepare the list of relevant devices, the name of your target system, and the people who will need to approve the integration. Also indicate your availability in your message: we offer two or three slots on business days, in Swiss time.
- The devices and formats you already receive
- Your target system and how it accepts FHIR resources
- Compliance constraints specific to your institution
- The desired schedule for deployment
What speeds up a response
Describe your use case in a few lines. A complete request receives a faster response than a general question.
Which institution, which department, which electronic patient record
Mention your role in the project and the department concerned. An IT manager and a developer do not have the same questions; we adapt the response to the first point of contact.
Which blood glucose meters, which smartwatches, what frequencies
Indicate the brands and models used, the frequency of data reporting, and the approximate volume of patients involved. These elements point toward the appropriate offer.
What the record should display, and for whom
Describe the concrete result: a glycemic curve in the consultation, an activity log for follow-up, an alert for the care team. Also say who will view this data.
A deployment date, an internal milestone
If your project has a deadline, mention it in the first message. We will tell you what is realistic by that date and what needs to be planned later.
Do not send real patient data via this form
Describe your case with anonymized examples. Production data exchanges go through the secure channels provided for this purpose, defined during integration. This rule protects your patients and your institution.
Send your request
Describe your use case, your target system, and your constraints. We respond during business days in Switzerland, and a detailed request receives a more useful response.
Get a quote for your integration
For an integration quote, please indicate the estimated volumes, the number of sites involved, and the target systems. These three elements determine the offer suited to your institution, much more than the size of the organization alone.
Billing is done via invoice or bank transfer, according to the terms agreed upon with your finance department. No online payment is required to start a project.
- Estimated volumes: number of patients monitored and frequency of measurements
- Number of sites: hospitals, clinics, or practices to be connected
- Target systems and version of your electronic patient record
- Internal compliance constraints and stakeholders to involve
Technical questions about an endpoint
For a question about an endpoint, a payload format, or a FHIR profile, specify the context and the expected result. If you have already consulted the API documentation, mention the relevant section: this speeds up the response and avoids back-and-forth.
If your question concerns how data is protected in transit and at rest, the security and encryption page details the mechanisms in place. For anything related to the processing of personal data and our legal obligations, the privacy policy specifies the applicable framework.
Your exchanges with our team are handled in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European GDPR. The privacy policy details the purposes, retention periods, and the rights you have.
Support for existing projects
If you are already a client, please include your project ID in the message. Support will then follow the channel defined in your contract, with the contacts and deadlines agreed upon during commissioning.
Urgent requests are handled according to the agreed service level. Specify the concrete impact on your operations: an interrupted flow, a format error on a type of measurement, or unexpected behavior during synchronization.
Our offices in Zürich
Our offices are located in Seefeld, a few minutes from the lake. Visits are by appointment only, during opening hours, to ensure the availability of the integration team.

Frequently asked questions before writing to us
What is the difference between a technical demonstration and a quote?Open Close
The technical demonstration is used to understand how the endpoints work for your specific case. The quote then prices the corresponding offer, based on the volumes and the number of sites you provide. Both can be requested in the same message.
Can I share patient data to illustrate my case?Open Close
No. Describe your case with anonymized examples or dummy values. Exchanges of production data take place through secure channels defined during integration, never via the contact form.
How long does it take to receive a response?Open Close
We respond during working days in Switzerland, between 09:00 and 18:00 (CET). A request that includes the devices, the target system, and the deadline receives a more precise response from the first exchange.
How is the information I provide processed?Open Close
Your information is used solely to process your request. Processing follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the European GDPR; the privacy policy describes the purposes, retention periods, and the rights you have.
Can we request a demonstration in another language?Open Close
Our integration team communicates in French, German, and English. Specify the desired language in your message: documentation is available in the three languages of the site.
Prepare your project before the exchange
An integration project moves faster when the following points are clear from the start. You don't need to solve everything before writing to us: we will help you decide on what remains open.
- Who, in your institution, validates technically and who validates data protection
- Which devices are already used by patients and which ones will be added later
- What test environment is available on your side for initial trials
- What real deadline applies, distinguishing the pilot from the production rollout
